Founded in 1986, and known as Madrasah Mingguan PERGAS (MMP) in Playfair Road Paya Lebar. After PERGAS moved to a new building in Wisma Indah, MMP continues to work in Playfair Road up to the year 2000. It was later upgraded to the Institute of Islamic Studies PERGAS in 2005 as a strategic effort to develop an Islamic education to the level further. To date, more than 2000 graduates have passed and benefit from various IPIP programs. Many graduates now serve the community and contribute to Singapore in charitable organizations and mosques.

FMDS Fashion Design & Merchandising programme cultivates students' innate creativity through sharpening their design knowledge, drawing proficiency and technical know-how.
