Todai is a global brand which has been growing for the last 20 years since opening its first restaurant in California with sushi and seafood as a concept in 1985.
Todai restaurants are family orientated and offer a wide selection of food to appeal to a range of tasters that are considered Asian Fusion Entrees. In addition to a wide assortment of cold dishes including sushi (maki, nigiri, gunkan), Todai also features signature dishes that are served all year round, from snow crab legs to green mussels to cocktail shrimps.
Most salad dishes are Asian Fusion dishes that are prepared in-house, from poached salmon to seaweed salad, chicken almond salad and much more.
Hot Entree selection include International dishes that are commonly served in China, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam and more.
The Dessert bar offers flavours of international appeal, from Italian Tiramisu to Japanese Green Tea Cheesecake, French creme puffs and creme brulee.
There is also a made to order corner offering Crepes, sushi hand roll, teppanyaki and noodle.
