Sar Kong Lion Dance Troupe was setup since 1983. Over the years, Sar Kong Lion Dance Troupe participated in varies community events like welcoming of MPs and stage performances during festival celebrations. Sar Kong also participated in varies National Lion Dance Championships which was organised by SNWDLDF. In the late 1980s, Sar Kong also made varies Straw Fire-Dragon. This significant dragon was also invited to perform in Singapore Chingay Parade during 2009 and 2012. This significant dragon is the One and Only Fire-Dragon found in Singapore; and it is usually performed during temple's anniversaries and deities birthday or celebrations and festivals.
