Lyndec Designs was established in 1978. We are the pioneers of the shower screen industry with our first landed housing project in all phases at Springleaf Gardens in 1993. This was the period when cubicled shower screens became very popular with affluent home owners who travelled overseas and when condominiums were starting to sprout in Singapore. Our first condominium project was West Cove Condominium at West Coast Road with Far East Organisation in 1993. Through adaptive reuse and calibrated architectural intervention, this redevelopment created a contemporary retail showroom with expanded lifestyle facilities that retain the old-world charm of its heritage stature. Heritage House - Spanning 11,000 sq ft, this 2 1/2 storey conservation shophouse unit has been converted to one with distinctive architecture style which provides standalone character for flagship-type store, yet connected to the adjacent block.
