TRAINING SCHEDULE: - Tuesdays and Thursdays 615am at the shed - Saturdays at 9am*, 1130am Rookie Sessions - Sundays 4pm* (small boats training) *to be confirmed by Coach/President every week, depends on the training program QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP FEE: - OC Affiliate Members $120 those who are full paying members of other dragonboat teams - Full member < 25 yrs old $50 fulltime NS, student - Full member < 30 yrs old $150 - Full member > 30 yrs old $200 - Full member with rack $300 irregardless of age - Additional rack $100 ROOKIE SESSIONs WHEN: Saturdays, time to be confirmed, usually max 8 rookies only WHERE: Tanjong Beach, Sentosa (see directions below) HOW: Sign up by replying to spc_contact@yahoo.com.sg FEE: $10/pax BRING: sunscreen, cap, water, change of clothing Do note that we expect you to be fairly healthy (no medical conditions), CAN swim and tread/float comfortably in open waters, and accept the risks of taking up this sport. Directions to Tanjong Beach: > Bus/MRT/Sentosa Express: - get off at Harbourfront Station and/or Vivo City Mall, follow the exit going to Sentosa Express located at the 3rd floor, beside Food Republic. - Get off at Beach Station (last station) > From Beach Station to Tanjong Beach: - take the Tanjong Beach tram, the station of which is alongside Haagen Daz ice cream shop. - The tram in front of Coffee Bean does NOT go to Tanjong Beach, so don’t take that tram. - The tram may take at leat 45 minutes, so if you plan to take this, give yourself enough time to travel. >Cab/Car: - follow the road going to Tanjong Beach (from the gantry/entrance, turn left at the 1st roundabout, then right at the 2nd roundabout, next make a sharp right at Allanbrooke Rd, then left at the next roundabout, then go straight until you reach the 2nd carpark after the roundabout) > Tanjong Beach dropoff point/parking to SPC shed: - walk towards the beach along the cemented path. - Follow the cemented path until you see 2 sheds. The first one stores the small canoes, and the next one stores most of our equipment. - You will also see the big canoes parked beside the cemented path.

With active members from several countries: Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Belgium, South Africa, Portugal, Neatherlands, Australia, Germany and the UK, SUHC is easily one of the world’s most international underwater hockey clubs. SUHCers range in age from sixteen-year-old teens to seniors in their fiftees, and the group consists of a relatively high proportion of female players (around one-out-of-three are women). SUHC has engaged its UWH neighbors Australia, Japan, New Zealand and the Philippines in friendly competition, topping things off by hosting the first Asian Underwater Hockey Championships (the AUHCs) in 2007 here in Singapore. We invite all sports enthusiasts, fitness buffs, and anyone who simply loves to play in the water to come join us for our twice-weekly games. Experienced players are on-hand to teach the basics to new players and anyone interested in trying out this exciting team sport

Bukit Merah Safra Running Club was formed in 1994. In 2005, Bukit Merah Safra was closed down and shifted to the current location, hence our running club was renamed as Mount Faber Safra Running Club, a.k.a. MF Safra RC. Group runs are conducted twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings with experienced runners to guide and pace members along. Gather outside Subway at Mount Faber Safra Club at 18:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays to join the club for a run. (Run may be changed or cancelled at club's discretion.) Apart from the bi-weekly social runs, the Running Club also organises location runs and participates in local and oversea running events. History of Contract Killer Back in the 90's, we as teens all saw for he first time UFC and the rise of the great Gracie family. Wayne Chan(Hawaii) started at Relson Gracie Academy with teachers like Relson and Rexie Barnum and created Hybrid fight gear. Unusually enough, we had him begin his journey in jiu-jitsu while he moved me in to paintball. He started like most at the time vale tudo shorts, shirts and gear bags. From there, he began a website called Provinggrounds. a web store unique at the time because it was about utilizing what was not mainstream (full contact fighting and propaintball supplier.) Much at the time, there were no other brands that emerge as a growing company because of its nichesport and branded as being too violent. In 2003 Chris Corcino (Hawaii) started Hybrid tech, a paintball project related to the fighting spirit and the diversity in the new fighting mentality.. By this time, fighting in the UFC level relied primarily on the skill of gracie jiu jitsu, the striking of muay thai and the ground control of wrestling. The end result the hybrid fight style. In paintball, we began to work on the the same terminology, working with what works, and leaving what was old and now unusable. Going back, Chris Corcino has been recognized as a designer in paintball since 98' owning companies and working for several mainstream paintball companies. John Marques, has been known in the 90's one of the most diverse and influential proplayers to change the sport in paintball. He has played in numerous high profile teams like Oakland Assassins, Ironmen and San Diego Legacy During the time of two marketable niche companies started to grow in different industries but with the same mental spirit and terminology, UFC began its growing pains of trying to be reputable as a sport, and to be legalized because of its violent nature. Hybrid paintball on the other hand, has grown leap and-bounds with out of the box style and technology. With its true beginnings as Hybrid Fight gear started in Hawaii. Paintball has become a mainstream sport and has featured on Foxsports and ESPN. Reforming what is now paintball of today. With marketing only the best in the sport, John Marques, pro-paint-ball player and designer, Chris Corcino, began their quest to insure the mark which we all strive to be cornerstone in our business practices, growth as individuals and also maintain the ferocity known by opponents worldwide. In 2007, with a wealth of knowledge and understanding, we re-emerge in the booming and ever so celebrated mixed martial arts community. We now bring back what we have achieved and leave what did not. With these tools in mind, we hope to achieve the grassroots style into the mainstream community. As contract killer clothing, hope to attract the fighting spirit, the raw emotions that deliver us from regular training into the sport and to fulfill a journey into what we have learned so we can be tested, tried and measured, in hopes to be rewarded, and celebrated.The Contract killer Spirit Grit, determination, heart....CONTRACT KILLER.
